ToteWorks is a Cincinnati-based reusable moving tote rental company founded by brothers David and Josh. We deliver durable, ready-to-pack totes before your move and pick them up when you're finished—no buying, building, taping, or disposing of cardboard boxes.
Why We Started ToteWorks
The idea grew out of a stretch when several members of our family were moving at the same time from different locations. Coordinating multiple moves was already chaotic, and dealing with cardboard boxes—finding enough of them, assembling and taping them, trusting them to hold up, and figuring out what to do with the pile afterward—made everything harder.
We knew there had to be a simpler way. ToteWorks was created to make moving easier with sturdy reusable totes delivered before the move and collected when the job is done.

We're brothers and Cincinnati locals who started ToteWorks with a simple goal: make one part of moving easier.
We come from opposite sides of the crosstown rivalry. David studied Engineering at the University of Cincinnati and has a background in project management. Josh studied Marketing at Xavier University and brings years of experience as a business owner and landlord. Those experiences gave us different perspectives, but they taught us the same thing: people value clear communication and a service that follows through.
ToteWorks is veteran co-founded. David served in the U.S. Marine Corps, an experience that reinforced the importance of preparation and accountability.
We've brought those experiences together to build the kind of local service we would want to use ourselves—practical, straightforward, and dependable.
