What arrives at your door
Every rental includes a set of toteworks reusable moving totes and at least one toteworks moving dolly - the exact count depends on the package you choose. Each tote holds about 2.5 cubic feet, and every tote in the set is the same size, so what you see in one is what you get in all of them.
How the attached lids work
Permanently attached, interlocking lid - it never comes off, gets lost, or needs to be found again. You never have to hunt for a lid, guess which one fits, or tape a box shut.
How totes stack and nest
Uniform size stacks and nests neatly, so a full set of totes takes up predictable, efficient space. Empty totes nest inside each other the same way, so they take up minimal space while you're still filling them.
How to pack them
Pack each tote only to a weight you can lift and control safely - heavier items (books, tools) work best spread across totes rather than filling one to the top.
How the dolly helps
Helps you roll a stack of totes instead of carrying them one at a time. Stack a few totes on the dolly and roll them to the truck or the next room instead of carrying each one by hand.
How totes are cleaned and inspected
Every tote is cleaned and inspected between rentals, so what arrives is ready to pack, not a used cardboard box.
What happens after your move
Once you're unpacked, leave the empty totes and dolly out for pickup during your scheduled window - no flattening, no folding, no trip to a recycling bin. We pick them up, clean them, and inspect them before they go out to the next customer.
