ToteWorks
For agents, teams, and brokerages

A moving-day benefit your clients will remember.

Help clients skip cardboard with reusable moving totes delivered before their move and picked up after they're finished. ToteWorks handles booking, delivery, pickup, and cleaning - your client keeps the residential rental and its normal terms.

Three ways to get involved

We're keeping this honest: there's no partner pricing sheet, no monthly kit, no subscription, no prepaid credits, no reserved inventory, and no guaranteed priority scheduling today. Each option below is a real, currently available way to work with us - not a promise of something we haven't built yet.

  1. Option 1

    Referral Partner

    Free to join.

    • You share an approved ToteWorks link or resource with your client.
    • Your client selects and pays for a normal residential package.
    • Your client signs the rental agreement and remains responsible for the equipment.
    • Standard ToteWorks availability, distance, cancellation, and damage rules apply.
  2. Option 2

    Client Move Credit

You contribute toward one specific client's rental.

    • You or your brokerage contribute a set amount toward one specific client's confirmed rental.
    • Your client pays the remaining balance, taxes, distance charges, add-ons, late fees, and any damage/loss charges.
    • This is currently an inquiry/manual setup process, not an automated checkout credit.
    • No gift cards, stored balances, or automatic credit purchases exist yet.
  3. Option 3

    Brokerage Program

For brokerages offering ToteWorks across multiple agents.

    • Intended for brokerages that want to make this available to their whole agent roster.
    • Setup depends on your anticipated referral volume - we'll talk through what makes sense.
    • No volume discounts, subscriptions, commissions, or guaranteed inventory are published or offered today.

How responsibility works

A few things we want every partner to understand clearly before referring or contributing toward a rental.

  • ToteWorks delivers empty totes and dollies, and retrieves them empty - we never pack, load, transport, or store customer belongings, and we never take custody of anything inside the totes.
  • The resident or client is the one who books the rental, accepts the rental agreement, provides a payment method, and is responsible for missing or damaged equipment.
  • A referring partner is not automatically responsible for the customer's equipment - the customer's own rental agreement is what governs that responsibility.
  • A partner contribution toward a rental does not cover late charges, missing equipment, damage, chargebacks, or other incidentals - those remain the customer's responsibility under the standard rental agreement.
  • Availability is never guaranteed until the customer's order is actually confirmed, subject to our normal inventory and service-area rules.

Real Estate Partner FAQ

Who is this program for?

Individual real estate agents, teams, and brokerages who want to offer clients a practical moving-day benefit. It's an inquiry-based program today, not an automated signup.

What does the client actually receive?

The same ToteWorks rental any customer can book: a set of reusable, attached-lid totes and at least one dolly, delivered and picked up within our standard service area, for a 14-day rental. Package sizes and pricing are the same as what's shown on our packages page.

How do service-area and distance charges work?

The same way they do for any ToteWorks rental. Delivery and pickup are included within our standard 20-mile service area; addresses farther out may have an extended-distance fee, or need a manual quote past 30 miles. We'll confirm this for your client's specific address.

Why are requested dates subject to confirmation?

Our tote and dolly inventory is limited, and availability changes with every booking. We confirm real availability for the requested dates before anything is scheduled - we don't guarantee a date or reserve inventory in advance of that confirmation.

Who signs the rental agreement and takes responsibility for the equipment?

The client - the person actually moving - always accepts the rental agreement and is responsible for the totes and dolly during the rental. The referring agent or brokerage is not a party to that agreement, and is not automatically responsible for the equipment.

How do I inquire as an agent, team, or brokerage?

Use the inquiry form on this page. We'll follow up by email to talk through the details.
